Experience has its own significance space in framing us, polishing us, developing us into being more SELF !!!
It can teach you as a beautiful lesson as a turn on your path or a hardship like a sudden twist at edge of the valley such that if you fall, it will be a permanent dent !
So how can we work upon with our experiences so that we learn but with a dignity not just a random fall pit !
Here I list three points which will summarize your ways to earn your experiences !!!

a] rage! a teen on driving without getting noticed by parents ( who obviously would have always stopped him/her from driving *till before that day* ) and just got saved from hitting or just got hit !Moral : expertise (parents in this case) suggestions should be weighed! ! First, just let your mind, thoughts and intellect judge and then decide.
b] failure ! A situation arisen because of not getting promoted. Be it regular tests to examinations or anything !!!!! (Mostly in professional & career front) Moral : hard work is key to success. HARD WORK converts your experience to your expertise. And hard work doesn't meant work 25 hours out of 24 hours but give your 100% efforts, passion and priority !
c] lets take a simpler example - watching a movie |||You watch whole of the movie (in theater as on date , with friends on treat or with your family) . After this, a decision is taken ! Either you get amazed by that and wish to watch it again or share it , review it or post/re-post about it. 😎OR you just say- what d crap ! What d waste of time ( money ) punch line is - **I am definitely not going to see it again** but you don’t decide to stop watching movies !! Moral : optimism *GRACES* your experience. If experience is good, hold on to it. If its bad one, you just learn from it and move on & never stop oneself from experiencing.
