Hello all ! Today's post is on Happiness. Happiness is actually few of the words which is highly variable not just among different individuals but also within an individual as well.

Is it wrong ??? NO. NOT AT ALL.

It is just fine !

So here I ask another question - what qualifies as happiness !!!!

This one can be answered within the quotes justifiable to all.

So, here it goes.....

Happiness is :

1) SPIRITUAL - Yes. It is. But, it doesn't mean you have to participate in all the customs, practices or norms of religion. Well, religion is a sub set of spirituality but not the vice versa. Spirituality, simply means when you are connected to your inner self or in other words there is no conflict of choice between your words and thought. So, happiness is when you are not just outwardly happy but from within as well ! I know you got it !!!! :)

2) Its born from truth. A lie will never ever make you happy. We all know 'karma theory'. If you are happy by doing wrong, then its just temporary my dear. It will come back to hit you. May be in another form but it will. So, true happiness comes from truth and you yourself can look back in your life for examples.

3) Love, love and love. Love is the key which opens the door for happiness. 100 % validated fact by all. You can find love anywhere. In God, in plants, in nature, with yourself, parents just anyone.

4) Unselfish. Indeed. It is said, if happiness is shared it gets doubled. If, you are thinking the opposite in your experience then, think again. If, in other way you think - Oh people are bad. They will be jealous and think ill. Let them ! Never get affected. Its good, you will get to know who are worthy of sharing your happiness.

5) You share it. As said above, more you share more the happiness. Why do we celebrate festivals with all. Why do we wish all. Because, it is to share. To have goodwill for all. Because we all are one ! And, we have to move along and together.

I found happiness beneath this umbrella in midst of the rain. The happiness in sync with nature.

Before concluding I would also like to share with you all that happiness is also evoked within us in this rat trap world by positive thinking. It activates happiness within us and also motivates us all to achieve our goals in life

So, I hope you all will somewhat accept the points.
