On The Way With Analogs #49 : From dawn to dusk !

Hello all. Sky over me, has shaded up to its primary hue - black. Yes. It is night. A winter night. That's why position of moon has changes so as it is hardly visible. I wonder how many of us, get time to see moon and appreciated its beauty and the magic it displays. A 100% visible example of gravity which we term as the planetary gravity. Right !

It leaves me feeling Wow ! and believe in that "everything is possible."
Moon will remain moon and will always have the impact be it visible or not !!!

Sometimes, we are low. Low without any reason. Like, "I am not feeling like doing anything !" Yes. I know you got it ! Their is a hunch in which you are not feeling sad but not good even. Its just a reflux in which time just leaps by. And you are still standing there...the roaring tiger has swiftly transformed into a mighty snail. But its OK. It just happens..You cannot rush to make things happen.

Here I suggest an idea....Let it go from Dawn to Dusk.
I had a similar experience yesterday and what I did was : Just rifted with the flow. I let myself rest. Watched TV. Chatted around. Strolled around . It is great to let your body take its own time. Let it go in update and installation mode. Let it channelize you and revitalize you internally which will reflect outwardly.

A point to note is - Few minutes its OK. Few hours to a day or two is very fine. But, if it goes round the clock for number of days then it is not re-energizing my friend it is de-energizing. You just got very comfortable of the routine. You have to come back. Take initiative and come back.



Let me give you few ideas to not just make a comeback; but an awesome comeback !

A) Clean. Yes. Clean your wardrobe or your study place or your bed. It leaves you feeling lighter. Give it a try !

B) Pamper yourself. Give yourself a couple of exercise or go for an evening walk. 

C) Give friend a call. Just, give your best-est friend a call or may be with someone with whom you haven't spoke for a long time.

D) Complete your unfinished work. Sometimes, getting busy with the pending work is a good option. One work complete boosts up your confidence it gives a sense of capable and psychological boost up.

E) Help your near and dear ones. You find your sister facing some query or issue or problem. Help them out. You might not be able to solve 100% but listening to other's problem make them feel lighter. 

F) If nothing works, give yourself a hearty long sleep

I know these are simple ideas YET effective ones. I could have said - go get drunk. Party all night. It might make you feel good but it will be temporary and then you will be back. Back to where you started leaving you more confused !

So, stay aware. Give your self time and be back to in what you are awesome - *Being awesome*
