Today, Let me ask you a question.
Suppose, your someone near, dear, your best friend in college, your previous job colleague, boss ... had birthday or anniversary or any even to acknowledge.
Has the following situation happened to you ??????
Two weeks before - you plan up. Think of getting a small token of gesture. Plan up to go to near by Archie's or gift shop !
One weeks before - I think gift won't be appropriate. Why to do so much ! A card is enough. I will get a good greeting card. It will look fine. Why to be in bad eyes.
Three days - I am sure I shouldn't give anything. Why should I ! As if it is expected out of me. In today's time no one is bothered with gifts and cards. They are not that important that you specially go to buy a card !
The day - a message with lots of smileys... The deal is shut !
Haha. Still clicking ! You might have stopped at 'One week before' but yes it might have had been part of a memory.
So, where I wanna take you down today ! Well, what I wish to convey today can be quoted as -
Life is short ! Be swift to Love ! Make haste to be kind !
We all are engrossed in our lives. Fine. Everything is instant and at fast space. If we want a time out, to slow down we tend to be with our closest people.
There is nothing wrong in it. But, while making our life we keep far away the basic mankind values ! Its not that we don't know. But, we tend to skip them .And they are love and kindness. The gestures for our fellow beings.
Like in the above case, even if one buys a gift or a small card and gives it. Can you imagine the smile on that person's face. The unexpected gift gives so much happiness. We all love getting gifts. Think of happiness one will cherish when you will give one !!!
Its great to be at receiving end but greatest to be at giver's end !

Obviously, we cannot keep on giving to every individual . But, we at our individual levels distinguish who is ! Your boss, your elders, or a neighbor. A flower, a card, an ice cream or just hand full of cookies can bring smile on someone' face. Which can be cherished by all and each one of us !
So, next time your heart gives a nod for a gesture. Go for it there and then. Before, your brain switches green light to red !
Life is short. The clock is ever ticking. Our all days are tracked and planned. But, what makes this journey beautiful and slow down is love and kindness !
Never let the act of love, gesture of kindness dissolve in imagination. Bring life to it. World needs it. So, what other has not been that reciprocating. Its always up to you ! And, it starts with, you , me and all of us. And we all can start by people we want to care for !
