So, what's the point of going through this. THERE IS. all smiles & winks....
Today I m going to share a solution which will make your all stress, negativity and depression vanish.
It has worked out for me, and this might workout for you as well. There is no harm in trying.

For this, I am going to share a personal experience which happened few days back.That day was very crucial for me. It was the last day to finish my all formalities and start with training at a prestigious and well known lab in India, which will be my work place for the next six months.
I have been doing up and down for the quite a time, which resulted to stress related to my career. The studies, opportunities, my choices. It was reaching the pinnacle !
I had to applied at every lab possible and what I was longing for was an assurance.
The day was planned so that all is done as soon as possible. But twists in the tale was inevitable, ao qas in my case. Things were becoming never ending and all sort of ifs and buts were becoming the source of mental disturbance.
Stress was now catalysing irritation to take over.{are you able to relate, yeah, same feeling but different situations}**Such things definitely lead to breakdown** You will give 100% agreement, that the fact is when we feel negative, we pay more attention to negative things all around us and our mind keeps on criticizing EVERYTHING ! Watching all the people, it just keeps on bugging your mind.
Then, I saw one blind man standing and feeling confused. Though he wasn't asking directly but his gestures were surely showing that he needed some help. Some people passed by, some were standing near to him and others were actually staring him. But nobody went to help. My mind started "cruel world, insensitive people etc etc".
I suddenly got up went to him helped him in boarding the metro, attended his queries and bid him bye saying have a good day. Seeing him ease down, somehow made me ease too.
And, I really felt light. All stress was gone all negativity just vanished.
May be when I let my worries just let go, they actually left. Why do we feel stress. Either because we are not able to do anything or things are in other's control. When I helped the fellow, I took control in what I could do and that too to solve another's purpose.
Worries just released me in a speck of time.
What remained was just simply happiness and faith that whatever happens its just going to be a good day.
Since then, its like whenever I find someone in need, I take little steps to help. Its never wrong to help!
You don't have to go out of the box, but simple gestures can make a difference be it simply sharing a seat!
