Hey all, first thing first, let me ask do you remember a morning when you woke up at ease with yourself. No hustle, no alarm, no schedule. You simply wake up. I am not telling about the 1 pm because that's not called waking up but killing the time, and trust me, waking at 1 with a smile isn't possible, either you will be lazying up or just late !!!!
Well coming back to the point, you simply wake up in a speck with a smile on your face. You stretch about , let out a sigh and say wow ! what a beautiful day.
Well, you can say that it's Valentine's day effect. LOL. But, its like just another day and you feel like this :

                    


This is how we actually are ! And should be at every moment , every situation. 'Is it being absence of sadness ?' "NO" 'Oh ! then being amazingly happy' "NO!"

Then what is it ??? TO BE AT CONTENT !!!

Right, the feeling which is not governed by any reason. You are just fine ! You are feeling good without any reason. In other words, you are happy because of your contentment and not content because you are happy ! Getting guys.

The way you are rejoicing and cherishing yourself  is not governed by the way you are expressing yourself. Lets take another example in two ways :
what we tend to do : 
You are going for a party at 8 and and rushing back from work at 7 ! You hurry up, get ready, then keep on adding up. Accessories, watch, bracelets, and many more. Keep on directing your self. And then you give a last touch up. Feel good and happy. Then you let out a sigh of relief .

how it should be :
You are going for a party at 8. You know how much time it takes to be back. You come back. You are just fine. You get ready at your best. But there is no sigh ! Because you already are at relief. You are already in feel good mood !

Ask yourself guys, don't we all tend to sigh out before we get out of home. Be it office, be just market. We tend to ! Why is there lapse in breathing .

I am sure now you get it !

"So, what next.""How do we stop it!"
Well that I also don't know !

But, somehow I feel that if we give time in rejoicing what we have, it just helps.When you are getting over exhausted. Leave it. Relax. Spend time with your parents. Go out in a park with your friends. Plant out with your best buddies to do nothing. Just be their. 



And you are guessing right, it does wonders. It makes you fill complete. You don't feel emptiness rather belonging to not just you but whole of the world.
