On The Way With Analogs #068 : Pile on the Agony !

34
Hey all. I recently got a chance to be at a book store which was more of a stall. May be the owner was wrapping up his business or so. Well, it seemed so because he was selling books by wight. For example, one kg books costing to Rs x, two kg books amounting to Rs y
Out of curiosity, I went and purchased one kg books. It was just two books but the wisdom they carry is of the wight to the power infinity.

There, while searching through the stacks, there was one piece of work, called Piles of Agony. It was not in a very good condition as if the agony it portrayed consumed the book itself.

Summary seemed depressing so I just chucked it to one side.

While coming back, it just cropped up in my mind, what is agony ? Why is there grief ? Is it just because of hardship. NO. I have seen luxury lifestyle people in more pain and grief .

It it people, they are surrounded with, or may be not. But isn't it simple, if someone is bothering you , affecting you in a wrong way, you shou;d remove them from your dictionary of life. Just pull them out.

Isn't it perfect to state :-
what is past and what can't be prevented shouldn't be grieved for.....

I understand it is difficult. If I let my memories flash upon, I also feel a hunch , an inner cry. If certain situations are there, where there is no another way out, its simply inevitable. It makes me fearful too!

But, what can I do. Should, I let this pain and grief make me a hollow person and break me down.
NO; NOT AT ALL

Whenever you are in a certain situation, tell your heart. Tell its consequences . Tell it to take decisions not by being emotional, because what has happened will not change, but at later stage in your life you might think. May be , I would have done it that way !!!

I will tell you an example.

In school, I used to have a biotechnological teacher. She was a true epitome of an ideal teacher. One day, while having a conversation with the students, she said to all the children in the classroom, don't waste time. Its ok to relax, but don't get too comfortable with certain situations. As she continued the conversation, she said that her mother died at the point of time when her studies were at crucial stage, She got disturbed because of that incident and because of which her studies lagged behind.
While sharing, she continues, if I would have gathered myself at that point of time I would have had achieved more and I regret that the time just went by.

It can be, that her situation was different but the thing she tried us to convey was relevant to any situation. Don't get on piling upon agony !!!

It will never help you. A girl you loved, left you for another guy. Chuck her out, burn her photo, delete her number. Your tears, fears are not going to save you. Even if she comes back, no one is going to be happy. The situation is just not worth it.

We all have been through hardships and we all know that we came through it not just by grieving upon but hitting it head to head, accepting it and working towards betterment.

So, guys simply keep yourself strong. Whatever happened has happened. If you can do about it great . Go for it. If not, then don't sit and suffer. Let it go. Simply move on.

Have a great day all.
Love to all !
