Ask, yourself with keeping hand on heart - how many thoughts were worth the thought !!!!
What you think ! Do some brainstorming yaar ! Let the mathematician in you do rock n roll ! Leave in comments your calculations. I estimate like maximum upto 45% sensible others non-sense without that also I could survive easily and happily !

Here by 'thought to be', it is not meant what others think, but what you think of yourself and also how much you think of yourself.
We tend to be so engrossed in thoughts be it ultimate positive that we forget SIMPLY BEING ONE SELF !
Lets take a common example. While being in an interview or viva, the most difficult question seems to be - tell me about yourself, describe yourself, what do you think about yourself !!!!
Even though, we we know ourselves, right ! still we skip a beat while telling in one go. We ought to train our self to answer such questions. Because what we are saying or describing is the thing which we thought of being or think that I can easily be ! But while doing, it might fluctuate.
So guys, focus on being yourself, not on thoughts of being yourself. I am not saying to not think. Think, analyse, work upon areas to be actually what you think of, but just don't keep on thinking.
And, its just a perspective !!!! Simple and thoughtful. LOL
