Hello all !!!
Hope you are having a super duper amazing day. Its raining at my place since morning and its awesome !
What ! Yeah ! I said thank you that ... - so why did I say thank you !
And here it goes....
a short story but a mighty one !!!
One fine day, in first year of my graduation me and few of class mates were standing outside the canteen ! Talking, discussing about new classes and routines. One of them started offering some snacks to all of us. Some took, others didn't. Then came my turn. I didn't take and instead said thank you.
The one who was offering asked - 'you didn't take any ? I said - 'yes'. She continued - then why did you say thank you. And laughed. With her, others too ! I simply smiled to get along. And the talk proceeded from one topic to other.
The day ended but... yes I remember the incident
It was a gesture. But you know what, though all got amused and laughed but none said it was wrong or bad. I wasn't guilt struck because 'the gesture was mocked'. And I am proud of all others as well because no body condemned it.
It was simply sending the good vibes. Not with the attitude, not with the expressions, not with obligation and not at all with authority; simply a sober ' thank you'.
And, you know what I am proud of it.That incident never diluted my thinking. I was firm then and now as well. I am still mocked upon and I laugh too with my peers. But they know that I mean it. It is my way of expressing love, consideration. and respect
Such sublime words though never weighed but leave an excellent way to know other person. Their grooming, thinking and approach. Let these flow spontaneously through you to all and for all. Whenever required, use these gestures. Signify other person's efforts and consideration. It will not cost you even 0.03kcal/ energy reduction but it will surely increase the blood flow in other person. LOL.
So, guys that's it for today. And, I thank you all whole - heartedly for taking out time in reading up the posts, discussing your opinion and appreciating.
Have a great day all !
