Whew, ended the week and the weekend. Its evening here. Silence all around. Everyone's' decreasing Sunday feels and increasing Monday vibes can be felt with the air. LOL. Anyways, it is a tea - time and my friend asked to let us go upstairs and enjoy tea there. I liked the idea and instantly agreed, and we went on. Stood by the edge, taking support of the wall. Tea in hand, wind blowing our hair we started observing the in and out of our surrounding.
As we looked down, the adjacent area has been converted into a construction site. We started discussing, is it a new building or some water storage thing.
We starting seeing people. Today being Sunday, they are working. So much of physical stamina is required. Even ladies are working. Lifting heavy stones, cement full barrels. And, I started feeling. The compassion for others. How cruel the world is. How people are exploited. There is no respect. There is no education. And, here we are, relaxing on Sunday, chit chatting.
To this, my friend replied - "hey, they earn good, you know ! See, you cannot compare. You think they are exploited. But it can be they are the one exploiting. They earn good. They have no mental work."
Instantly, I felt that she is not right. But, next instance I felt she is not wrong either.
They are doing what they are good at. It might be difficult through our eyes. But, it is there expertise. Just as you are smooth with your work so are they. It is good to be compassionate. But not pity on them.
Even if they are being exploited - are we not ! We also go through similar dilemmas and situations in life. Each of us have our own struggles and conditions.
They are doing work. Earning honestly. At least, they are not making others fool or snatching or doing robbery. They are among perfect citizens and contributing there slice of service.
May be, they had less choices, may be situations were rough and tough, still they acted wisely.
In the end, gist is to be happy for them. I wish that I am able to install such determination within self. Develop such faith that whatever may be the situation, still I choose wisely.
A small act was it, but made me learn so much. A pinch of wisdom can make a observation better.
So, never pity. Be proud that you got to know someone who is bearing so much. Give blessings, that if it is difficult times - it will pass. But, never pity.
What say guys. How you feel. How do you respond when you find someone is not so comfortable situations according to you ????
Waiting for your valuable thoughts.
Have a great week ahead. ! CHEERS
